Lockdown Learning

This month I took the leap and joined The Guild of Photographers! They have welcomed me with open arms and I am so excited to take part in their monthly competitions and eventually earn my Guild qualifications!

During the UK lockdown I have had a lot of time to study and develop my editing technique. I have been able to make use of online seminars and YouTube tutorials shared by photographers across the world allowing me to really fine tune my editing.

This month I entered a dog portrait of the lovely Border Collie Storm into a friendly Facebook photography group. This image was recognised by their judging panel and was kindly given an award.

During these hard times it’s the little wins like this that make the difference and I am so excited to share more art work with you all.
